I love this introducing shot as it shows the artist from a birds eye view and then slowly zooms in towards her face. Throughout this music video there is a really good use of contrast with the colour as all of the shots are either in bright light or have lots of bright colours in.
This shot stood out for me due to the bright light beaming through the location, the bright light behind the trees sets the focus on the landscape of the shot. The contrast between all the different shades of yellow looks really appealing too.
This shot is really interesting as all of the colours in it are faint and soft apart from the main focus which is Rhiannas hair colour. This really makes the shot stand out.
This is part of the music video where the colour and picture begins to get a lot clearer and has quite a few close up panning shots.
This is another close up shot which is mainly focused on the featured artist.
I like this depth of field shot where the focus starts on the man behind then a focus pull is used to the put the focus onto the person infront.
This medium shot is really nice as it has such a mixture of colours which have been captured. The colour of Rhianna's hair really does capture your attention along with the red chair and bright lights.
I really like how depth of field is used here to focus your eye on his cross tattoo on his shoulder rather than on his face. Focus pull is also used in this shot.
The contrast of this black and white shot is really goos as throughout the music video bright colours have been the main focus so a monochrome shot really changes the way you see the video.
This really bright end shot really pops out after having the black and white scene before, I also like how the singer isn't a main feature as she has almost blended in with all of the colours.
